HRIS Workday Analyst

ALK is on an ambitious journey to become the preferred allergy company globally. Traditionally, ALK has been a strongly marketing and process driven organization. With a rapidly changing healthcare environment, subsequently leading to increased dynamics within global marketing, there is a need to be more closely linked to the local customer needs and allergy markets. In order to do so, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Global HRIS team, a part of ALK GBSC in Poland and Global HR & Internal Communication department. 

The HRIS Team's overall goal is to support and develop Workday to meet the needs of ALK. The HRIS Analyst works on the full range of tasks within HRIS such as system configuration, maintaining security, setting up business processes, responding to reporting/analytics requests and supporting the organization in using Workday.



  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and execute them through successful project management, implementation, and testing
  • Be hands on in setting up system, making configurations, maintaining business processes and creating reports
  • Responsible for integrations between Workday and other systems. Ensuring the integrations run with no problems, trouble shoot and develop them as needed in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to the organization on HRIS/Workday processes and tools to ensure that Workday is used the correct way.
  • HRIS Analyst should have a constant eye out for how to improve procedures and services. Especially in relation to optimizing and globalizing HR processes and in relation to delivering reports/dashboards for decision making.
  • Also, the HRIS Analyst should have a strong focus on consciously optimizing the setup within Workday to ensure it is as optimal as possible. This includes keeping up to date with innovation and features delivered from Workday in releases and leveraging these.


  • Master’s degree in business, Information Systems, HR or related area would be beneficial
  • Previous experience from another global/international company and preferably experience from working in international projects
  • Knowledge of ERP and HRMS. Preferable 2-3 years of experience from working with Workday
  • Workday training (Fundamentals + training within certain areas) is an advantage
  • Technical and Analytical skills are a must including Microsoft excel and understanding of integrations
  • Project management skills – knowing how to plan and execute tasks/mini-projects
  • Basic understanding of HR processes
  • Fluent English both verbal and written
  • Proactive, accountable, independent and fun to work with :)
