Global CRM Specialist

ALK is on an ambitious journey to become the preferred allergy company globally. Traditionally, ALK has been a strongly marketing and process driven organization. With a rapidly changing healthcare environment, subsequently leading to increased dynamics within global marketing, there is a need to be more closely linked to the local customer needs and allergy markets. In order to do so, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Global Commercial Excellence Team in ALK GBSC in Poland.

 

The position

Are you passionate about Customer Relationship Management? Are you willing to embark on a transformational journey in a pharma company with an ambitious growth target in the years to come? As our CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for ALK global CRM system, acting as Subject-Matter Expert and participating in the launch, development and maintenance of the platform. You will join an international team of more than 15 professionals in marketing, commercial excellence and sales excellence, who are committed to deliver high impact for the company on a daily basis.

Fields of responsibility

As Global CRM Specialist, you will: 

  • Take an active role in launching the ALK CRM platform globally, as well as continuously streamlining, testing, optimizing and developing the system
  • Ensure that business needs are reflected into the CRM
  • Ensure data integrity and quality, including compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. GDPR)
  • Be the glue between several stakeholders, including the IT department, the Global Sales Excellence team, the CRM vendor and local teams

Your qualifications

  • You hold a Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or other relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a CRM-related role
  • Previous experience or certifications with Salesforce CRM, Veeva CRM or IQVIA OCE are an advantage
  • Solid project management skills
  • You have an analytical mindset with problem solving skills
  • You are an outgoing person and easy to work with: being proactive and interacting with people gives you energy, you always look for better solutions and challenge the status quo
  • MS Excel and Power Point power user
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required
