Advanced Transform System Engineer

At this position you will be responsible for:

  • Design and configure Label programmes together with the team.
  • Test the Labels in close collaboration with the End Users.
  • Deploy final programmes to validation and production servers.
  • License management.
  • Investigate issues and solve business stoppers.
  • Microsoft Patch testing.
  • User administration.
  • Perform Periodic System Reviews.
  • Participate in System Upgrades.
  • Documentation of change activities.
  • Maintain written procedures SD, SOP’s, and WIN’s.

 

We are looking for a candidate with a following experience:

  • Configuring and troubleshooting of Transform System or a similar Label design program.
  • Developing in Transform designer or other Label Design Tool.
  • Computerised System Validation and Maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Project participant experience.
  • Technical lead experience is an advantage.
  • Working in the pharma regulated industry.
  • Working in a global setup and a global environment.

 

The ideal candidate demonstrates the following skills:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Capable of documenting own work and conduct training.
  • Proactive and analytical mindset as well as taking responsibility.
  • Able to travel internationally.
  • Knowledge of GxP pharma environments.
  • Experience with Agile practices and tools is a plus.

 

Global IT at ALK

Global IT at ALK is a global organisation of approximately 140 employees with three main hubs in Denmark, Spain and Poland and IT staff on our production sites and regional sales hubs in EU, US and China. Today, ALK has most IT competences in-house and you will have qualified colleagues across the globe.

The team consist of 16 People working together in a global team. We are in Denmark, Poland, USA and Spain. We are a diverse team that covers the Global Production Applications used on ALK’s production Sites across the world.

The position is located at ALK’s site in Madrid what is in the business area of ​​Ciudad Lineal, very close to the center of Madrid. We have quick access to the Hermanos García Noblejas and Ascao metro stations and we also have a wide bus connection. The manufacturing center is located at Calle Miguel Fleta 19 while the Business Support area is in an annex building located in the Avalon Business Park. Nevertheless, we have a remote working policy that will allow you to work from home part of your time.
