The team characterises lead candidates by applying several analytical methods covering both general protein-chemical methods and more specialized analytical tools like nDSF, HPLC, DLS, immunoassays and more.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Apply protein characterisation methods to analyse protein structure, protein stability, protein aggregation or protein binding.
  • Conduct thorough biophysical characterization of new potential drug discovery candidates.
  • Expertly develop and optimize HPLC methods to analyze protein purity, impurity profile, and quantification for our biologic products.
  • Design and develop immunoassays, including ELISA/Gyrolab, to precisely quantify target molecules and characterize immunological responses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research projects forward, fostering a comprehensive understanding of biologic products.
  • Foster a creative and innovative environment by actively seeking new ideas and approaches in drug discovery and biophysical characterization.
  • Actively participate in the scientific discussions across different projects, relevant international congresses, publish in international scientific journals and contribute to patents and innovations.
