Are you a curious person and do you get excited about managing the Supply Chain? Do you want to work closely with our Customer Service team to offer the best service to our customer? Do you want to dedicate yourself to people with allergies and develop yourself as a manager? Then you might be our Supply Chain Manager for the Benelux! You understand the importance of reliable stock levels and want to make sure that we have the right amount of stock for each of our products every day. You have insights into systems to process data or would like to gain these insights. You see the added value of Customer Service to create a great customer experience.

Of course, you work accurately with an eye for quality and always focus on the external and internal customer. It is required to think along, be flexible and have the right communication skills to share your knowledge and insights. You have experience in being a manager or you are willing to become this pro-active leader that we are looking for.

What will you be doing in this position?

  • You work together with and manage our Customer Service team to maintain and grow the proactive team with a good sense for business opportunities
  • You ensure the right amount of stock for each of our products every day
  • You help to make predictions based on various models and dashboards
  • You keep in touch with wholesalers and other customers within the Benelux
  • You keep in touch with our colleagues in Denmark and Spain to coordinate the forecasts
  • You will make sure to understand the local regulations concerning Supply Chain and will make proposals for improvements

Do you recognize yourself in this?

  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry or adjacent areas such as pharmaceutical wholesalers
  • Insights into the Supply Chain challenges within pharmaceutical industry
  • Good analytical skills and numerical insight with attention to detail
  • Customer-oriented with an eye for improvements, which you prefer to tackle proactively
  • Administrative tasks are just part of your daily business
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience (HBO-WO)
  • Experience people manager or the willingness to become one
  • Preferably full-time contract
  • You are more than comfortable in Dutch and fluent in English (both verbally and in writing)
  • Proficiency in the French language is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP is a plus
