The position
Clinical Project Management resides within Global Clinical Development. We are a team of enthusiastic and skilled employees that has the global responsibility for driving clinical projects within the allergy space.

As Principal Clinical Project Manager you will be responsible for translating science into operational feasible solutions, driving progress, and overseeing performance of the clinical project team as well as vendors contracted to deliver the project.

The role of Principal Clinical project Manager is a senior position, and you will be responsible for driving planning, execution, and completion of our clinical projects. You will use your solid understanding of the drug development value chain to oversee and report progress, identify risks, and drive mitigations for the projects under your responsibility. You will ensure timely conduct and adherence to trial budgets.

In addition, you will be involved in the continued improvement of how we perform clinical projects. You may be included in or be responsible for driving cross functional optimisation projects.

In summary, your primary tasks will be:

  • Leading the cross functional clinical project team from idea to reporting.
  • Translating science into operational feasible solutions for both protocols and trial conduct.
  • Drive the clinical part of CTA submissions, including responses to Health Authorities/Ethical Committees/Institutional Review Boards.
  • Communicate progress and risks to management.
  • Support strategic considerations for the clinical projects for e.g. scientific advice from KOLs or regulatory authorities.

Your profile
We expect that you have:

  • A relevant educational background as MSc or PhD.
  • Several years of experience running clinical trials and a solid understanding of the drug development value chain.
  • Experience driving and reporting progress of a project.
  • A pioneering mind-set thriving with not knowing the answer to every challenge and where you sometimes need to build processes as you go.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and know how to engage a team.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, both verbally and in writing.
