Your Role as IT Supporter
You’ll be part of a skilled, collaborative team that provides global IT support, particularly for users in Europe. Based in Hørsholm, you’ll manage IT issues and requests for ALK colleagues across the globe, ensuring seamless on-site support at our Danish location. The role involves some international travel (15-30 days per year) to enhance support and training efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global End-User Support with a primary focus on European colleagues.
  • Issue Management and Escalation in line with service-level agreements.
  • IT Service and Training – delivering one-on-one and group IT training sessions.
  • Device and Application Support – from setup to ongoing assistance for IT devices and software.
  • System Setup and Configuration – including software installations, printer configuration, and video conferencing.
  • User Administration – managing accounts and access rights.

Your Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
  • Fluent Danish and English language skills (required).
  • Strong foundational knowledge of IT platforms, hardware, and software installations.
  • Hands-on experience with user administration in Windows and Office 365.
  • Proficiency in IT support best practices and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (15-30 days per year).
