Senior FP&A Manager - Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Team

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Senior FP&A Manager to join our Corporate FP&A team.
The position
You will become part of the Corporate FP&A team of 4 dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality financial analysis and strategic insights. Our team plays a crucial role in shaping financial strategies and insights that impact the broader organization.
Together with the rest of the FP&A team, you will be driving the forecast processes, as well as the monthly performance management reporting to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
Additionally, you will be acting as a finance business partner to our Global Strategy and Corporate Development team and driving strategic important business cases from a financial perspective.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Utilize financial expertise to develop business cases, offering analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Serve as a financial sparring partner for the Global Strategy and Corporate Development team, overseeing budget and forecast processes.
- Support group target and forecast processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness.
- Drive monthly performance management reporting to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors, delivering accurate and timely financial information.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage the ALK Balanced Scorecard process.
- Monitor key financial indicators, trends, and variances, proactively identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimize financial processes.
About you
We imagine that you have previously worked with senior stakeholders in an international and fast-paced environment, within a finance department or as a consultant.
To succeed in the role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Master’s degree in finance, business/commercial finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, ideally from an international company or consultancy firm.
- Solid financial modelling skills and solid understanding of P&L forecasting and analysis.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools; experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Developed communication skills, capable of effectively presenting financial information to various stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, performing effectively with various levels and functions.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
You work proactively and solution oriented and are known for taking initiative. You act with a high level of integrity and trustworthiness and are used to handle sensitive and confidential information. Finally, you are fluent in English and proficient in Danish.
