Area of Responsibilities 

We are looking for a dedicated Web Project Manager to join our international Digital Marketing and Products team – a part of our Digital Customer Engagement division. Our team thrives on challenges, embraces change, has a strong focus on collaboration and exceptional team spirit. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Project Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of our global website experiences, ensuring timely completion of projects. 

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the broader division and affiliate partners to implement new website features and functionalities. Work closely with internal and external agency developers to implement necessary changes. 

- Analytics Tracking: Work with product managers to track analytics, assess content engagement, and identify new experience opportunities. 

- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare slides, documents, reports, and maintain organized meeting minutes during internal and external meetings. 

- Site Maintenance: Ensure high-quality delivery of website features and content in line with best practices and brand guidelines. 

- Optimize workflows for web content management to improve delivery times for requests and campaigns. 

Your Experience and Qualifications: 

- 2-3+ years of experience managing web projects 

- Proactive Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment. 

- CMS Proficiency: Experience with popular content management systems (e.g., Shopify, Loco, Contentful, WP). 

- Technical Adaptability: Quick learner with a knack for adopting new technologies. 

- Analytical Mindset: Ability to assess data and make informed decisions about content engagement and user experience. 

- Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, time management, and attention to detail. 

- User-Centric Approach: Ability to perspective shift and enhance user experience based on feedback. 

Additional must-have skills: 

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. 

- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar). 

- Flexible and capable of navigating multiple projects with differing priorities. 

- Ability to foresee challenges and proactively suggest improvements.
