Digital Marketing Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join the Digital Marketing and Products Team within the Digital Customer Engagement Division. This role involves leading impactful digital marketing initiatives, collaborating with a highly skilled team of digital specialists, and managing key stakeholder relationships to drive customer engagement, brand visibility, and business success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Partner with stakeholders to ensure campaigns address customer needs and align with broader organizational goals.
  2. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with a team of digital specialists to execute innovative marketing initiatives.
    • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve seamless project delivery.
  3. Campaign & Content Marketing:
    • Oversee end-to-end management of digital campaigns, including performance optimization for ROI.
    • Collaborate with the Product Team to craft compelling content and go-to-market strategies for digital products.
  4. Customer Insights & Engagement:
    • Analyze customer behavior and campaign data to inform personalized strategies and improve retention.
    • Leverage analytics to drive data-informed decision-making across initiatives.
  5. Leadership & Performance:
    • Mentor team members and foster collaboration across functional teams.
    • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance and sharing actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, SEM, stakeholder management, and campaign leadership.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
    • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results.
