



Senior Business Consultant for Product Supply

The position
In this position, you will become a trusted partner, driving and participating in essential reporting processes and supporting strategic initiatives within Product Supply. Your analytical insights and project management skills will contribute directly to us reaching our overarching goals.
You will collaborate closely with the senior stakeholders, making this a great opportunity to expand your professional skill set while contributing to our mission. You will join a department of 7 colleagues that has big reach and collaboration across the Product Supply organisation, making this the role where your efforts and results is directly exposed to the senior management.
The Key Responsibilities in the role are:
- Quarterly BSC Reporting: Drive the development of Quarterly BSC reporting and support annual BSC development.
- Data Analysis: Analyze production and financial data to provide insights and recommendations for efficiency gains and simplification.
- SharePoint Management: Develop and maintain the SharePoint homepage for the Product Supply Management Team, ensuring all relevant materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Communication Support: Assist in various communications projects, including newsletters and meeting summaries.
- Action Tracking: Maintain an overview of various action items and ensure timely follow-ups in coordination with Product Supply Management Team.
- Material Development: Create and update PS overviews and introductory presentations.
- Quarterly EVP Support: Collect material from various stakeholders for Business Review Meetings on a quarterly basis.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Respond to ad hoc requests and conduct analyses in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Project Portfolio Follow-Up: Assist with overview of the PS project portfolio.
- Offer support to the OPEX, EHS, and Investment and Risk teams as needed.
About You
You have previous experience working in global companies or consultancies, demonstrating your ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments. You are a proactive communicator and well-organized individual who thrives on continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience: 2-5 years in a corporate development/reporting function or business consultancy.
- Educational Background: Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Business or Finance, with outstanding results
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
As a person you possess strong analytical and structured thinking skills. You take initiative and have the will and ability to work independently. Your English oral and written communication skills are excellent.
