Engineer or Academic for GMP temperature-controlled storage facilities

The position and primary task
You will be part of the Logistics department and join a small team responsible for ensuring compliance of ALK’s GMP temperature storage facilities. The position involves overseeing temperature controlled GMP storage facilities, specifically for cold and freeze storage. You will set the direction for the design and qualification of these GMP storage facilities, ensuring they meet all required standards. In support of various projects, you will be involved in the implementation or modification of these facilities, maintaining compliance throughout the process.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the qualified state of existing facilities, confirming their readiness for inspections. This includes presenting qualification documentation, deviations, change control cases, and more during audits or inspections. To enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of your role, you will proactively seek best practices within your area of responsibility, leveraging insights from colleagues, in-house technicians, and your external network.

Your profile
We expect that you bring:

• An Academic degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or another relevant scientific field.
• At least 3 years of experience with qualification and documentation within cGMP environment.
• A good understanding of the technical aspects of temperature-controlled storage.
• Coordination skills that can drive activities with many stakeholders in small to medium complex projects.
• A strong quality mindset.
• Professional proficiency in Danish and English (both written and spoken).
