Market Access Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Market Access Manager to join our German team. This role is critical in supporting national access strategies and ensuring our life-saving medicines—particularly in the adrenaline market—are well-positioned within the healthcare system. You will play a key role in health policy monitoring, pricing and reimbursement activities, and supporting our Market Access team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement national market access strategies and projects, with a focus on the adrenaline portfolio.
• Support planning and execution of new product launches, including pricing and reimbursement evaluations (AMNOG process).
• Analyze healthcare policy trends, stakeholder needs, and market access conditions to develop targeted actions.
• Conduct data and market analyses related to pharmaceutical discount agreements and health economics.
• Prepare healthcare policy content and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in interdisciplinary squads and support global Market Access taskforce initiatives.
• Collaborate with Public Affairs, initially focusing on life-saving medicines for all age groups.
• Provide operational support to the Market Access team, including presentations and data preparation.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in health economics, health management, economics, or a related field, ideally with a pharmaceutical focus.
• 3–5 years of experience in Market Access & Pricing or related areas.
• Strong understanding of the German healthcare system and reimbursement landscape.
• Skilled in project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and fluent in English (written and spoken).
