Executive Assistant to People & Organisation

The position
In this key role, you will be ensuring seamless coordination, supporting strategic HR activities, and enabling efficient execution across the organisation. You will get a unique chance to gain broad exposure to the HR agenda, influence decisions while sharpening your stakeholder management skills. 

You become part of our global People & Organisation (P&O) team and will be based at our headquarters in Hørsholm. You will support the Executive Vice President of P&O (EVP) as executive assistant and at the same time assist with coordinating the strategic P&O agenda and work with smaller ad hoc HR projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the EVP’s calendar, meetings, and priorities with precision and discretion.
  • Manage P&O leadership team meetings and other functional sessions and events.
  • Support on key HR cycle activities, ensuring alignment with our yearly HR activity wheel.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for executive meetings and internal communication.
  • Handle classic Personal Assistant tasks with professionalism and structure.
  • Facilitate smooth interaction and coordination across stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactively ensure the EVP’s time and focus are channelled into the right priorities.

Your profile
You describe yourself as an independent professional with a proactive and structured approach acting with a strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks. 

What you bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience from management consulting, HR, or similar roles.
  • Experience from or with larger corporate international environment.
  • Master’s degree in HRM, business administration, social sciences, psychology or similar.
  • Solid understanding of the annual wheel with HR cycles and people processes.
  • Sharp PowerPoint skills and well-developed communication skills.
  • Strong basic self-management being structured, analytical, and organized.
  • Proven ability to manage time and stakeholders independently and effectively.
  • Ability to drive priorities, manage calendars, and support executive tasks.
