PR Manager

Role Purpose
As a PR Manager, you will be responsible for driving and executing the company’s public relations strategy. This includes maintaining strong relationships with media partners, creating high-quality content for external communications, and managing the company's reputation through effective communication and strategic messaging. You will play a key role in shaping how the company is perceived by the public, media, and key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Media Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media representatives.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and proactively seek opportunities for positive coverage.

Content Development

  • Write, edit, and distribute press releases, articles, and media kits aligned with company messaging.

  • Ensure all external communications reflect brand consistency and high editorial standards.

Event Management

  • Plan and execute press events, briefings, and PR campaigns to increase brand visibility and media engagement.

  • Coordinate logistics and develop messaging to support key events and company milestones.

Crisis Communications

  • Support the development of communication strategies for managing crisis situations or sensitive topics.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and measured external responses.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in public relations or corporate communications, ideally within a corporate or agency environment.

  • Proven success in managing media relations and creating engaging PR content.

  • Experience in crisis communication is a strong asset.


Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
