
PR Manager
Role Purpose
As a PR Manager, you will be responsible for driving and executing the company’s public relations strategy. This includes maintaining strong relationships with media partners, creating high-quality content for external communications, and managing the company's reputation through effective communication and strategic messaging. You will play a key role in shaping how the company is perceived by the public, media, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Media Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media representatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and proactively seek opportunities for positive coverage.
Content Development
Write, edit, and distribute press releases, articles, and media kits aligned with company messaging.
Ensure all external communications reflect brand consistency and high editorial standards.
Event Management
Plan and execute press events, briefings, and PR campaigns to increase brand visibility and media engagement.
Coordinate logistics and develop messaging to support key events and company milestones.
Crisis Communications
Support the development of communication strategies for managing crisis situations or sensitive topics.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and measured external responses.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in public relations or corporate communications, ideally within a corporate or agency environment.
Proven success in managing media relations and creating engaging PR content.
Experience in crisis communication is a strong asset.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
