



Global Sales Excellence Manager

The position
Join a dynamic team at the heart of our organization, Global CRM & Sales Excellence. Our department have special focus on delivering high quality trainings and change management to support our affiliates optimize their ways of working to help more patients with allergies. We furthermore set the direction for CRM, digital channels and content management as the key enablers to deliver impactful results.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Ensure continuous cross-functional collaboration between Global and local teams to align on business needs and commercial strategy.
- Lead Change Management processes for implementation of Commercial tool & Ways of Working.
- Drive the successful rollout of Sales Enablement Platform(s), including development and continuous improvement of HCP customer engagement e.g. Strategic Account Management and Customer feedback.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to defined and implement performance metrics.
- Design and deliver training programs that strengthen sales and engagement skills, support behavioral change, and drive adoption of tools and methodologies.
This role includes approximately 20–30 travel days per year, supporting global rollouts and close collaboration with local markets.
Our head office is in Denmark and offer a green view of the DTU Science Park in Hørsholm, but as the team is based on various locations, you can be based in Denmark or in one of the Nordic countries or in the Netherlands.
Your profile
We expect that you have:
- Solid understanding and experience from Sales and/or Sales Excellence & Marketing (3+ years).
- Passionate about sales and sales process optimization and co-create solutions with colleagues from around the World.
- Experience working in an international position(s).
- Good understanding and interests of the utilization of CRM (Veeva), related tools (e.g. approved e-mail, consent management, remote meeting, etc.) and digital ways of engaging.
- Coordinate and facilitate Global training sessions related to sales excellence.
- Fluent in English – other languages are a plus.
- University degree.
