The role
We are seeking two SAP Logistics Specialists to join our SAP Logistics & Product Supply team within Global IT. In this role, you will be part of ALK’s global SAP support team, actively contributing to system enhancements, projects, and the migration to S/4HANA. Working closely with colleagues across Europe, you will play a key role in improving and maintaining logistics processes that support ALK’s global supply chain operations.

Your responsibilities

• Manage incidents and change requests: analysis, solution design, testing, documentation, and deployment

• Identify and implement improvements in SAP logistics processes

• Provide global support to lines of business, ensuring efficient and compliant business processes

• Actively contribute to technical projects and system rollouts, including S/4HANA migration

• Collaborate with project management on planning, deliverables, and implementation activities

• Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues across Global IT and SAP Solution Center

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 4–6 years of experience in SAP solutions, primarily SD, MM, and WM modules

• Experience with technical projects, rollouts, and SAP S/4HANA

• Strong understanding of regulated environments and compliance requirements (experience with GxP and validation of computerized systems preferred)

• Experience working in multinational, multicultural environments

• Structured, analytical, and process-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders

• Team player with a willingness to share knowledge and grow professionally

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage

Technical expertise required

• Extensive experience with SAP SD, MM, and WM modules (process design, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting)

• Strong knowledge of module integration across SAP systems

• Full life-cycle SAP implementation experience (design, documentation, development, testing, go-live)

• Experience with SAP integrations (IDOCs, WebServices, RFCs, etc.)

• Hands-on experience in S/4HANA projects and rollouts
