The role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager Anaphylaxis to drive the strategic and tactical development of our Anaphylaxis product portfolio across the Nordic region. This role combines strategic business planning, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on execution, ensuring continued growth and success in a dynamic healthcare environment. The position is based at ALK’s headquarters in either Hørsholm, Denmark or Kungsbacka, Sweden.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic business planning for the Anaphylaxis portfolio, including forecasts and KPI monitoring.
• Chair the Nordic cross-functional and cross-country Anaphylaxis Team.
• Conduct continuous market and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop target group segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with external partners to deliver personalized omnichannel marketing campaigns that strengthen customer engagement.
• Oversee tactical execution, including campaign planning, localization of marketing materials, and sales team training.
• Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to gather insights and translate them into actionable strategies in partnership with Sales.
• Monitor and coordinate inventory and procurement in close collaboration with Supply Chain.
• Drive performance marketing and on-demand initiatives.

Your profile

• University degree in natural sciences, economics, communications, or related field – ideally with a focus on marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a product manager in a healthcare or pharmaceutical company; allergy experience is an advantage.
• Proven track record in product launches.
• Strong analytical mindset with entrepreneurial, hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong sense for language and messaging.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and willingness to further expand knowledge in this area.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Highly organized with strong planning and detail orientation.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Skilled at building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
