Personal Assistant to SVP Corp. Finance, SVP Business Finance & SVP Global Procurement

Exciting opportunity as Personal Assistant (PA) in ALK - an international, growing pharmaceutical company.

We are looking for a passionate PA to take on an essential key role in ensuring efficient and professional administrative support to our SVP Corp Finance, SVP Business Finance and SVP Global Procurement – all located next to each other in Hørsholm.

The job will offer you an opportunity to work in a global allergy solutions company with a wide range of allergy treatments, products, and services that meet the unique needs of allergy sufferers, their families, and health care professionals. In the role as PA, you will coordinate and facilitate activities within the following areas:

  • Coordinating and managing the agenda and logistics for the SVPs’ leadership meetings, on-sites/off-sites, ad hoc events, etc.
  • Handle the calendar and time management for the three SVPs.
  • Organise international travel and related requirements, making expense reports, plus other practicalities related to travel.
  • Department budgets.
  • Ad hoc tasks.

You will be reporting directly to the SVP Corporate Finance.

 

Your profile
To succeed in this role, you must be proactive, have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills combined with experience from working across the organization with multiple nationalities and functions. We believe you have an organized and well-structured working style, and the ability to prioritize your own tasks and time.

Furthermore, we believe our successful candidate have:

  • At least 5 years of practical experience providing administrative support at an executive level within a corporate international environment.
  • A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Developed IT skills and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Exchange. Knowledge of Excel is an advantage.
  • Experience with running smaller projects is a plus.
  • Experience with document management, overview and proofreading of documents.
  • Proficiency in coordination, planning, administration, and calendar management in general.
  • A strong service orientation and a positive, open-minded, and flexible mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and in English (written as well as verbal)

As a person you work independently and in collaboration with different stakeholders across ALK. Further you work together with the other leaders and PAs across our organisation to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality deliverables.

You are highly self-motivated with a can-do-attitude while at the same time being detailed, focused, and organised. You enjoy an outgoing and supportive role where you can contribute to creating a motivating environment and you thrive in engaging with different functions and many stakeholders. Last, but not least you are reliable and have experience with managing confidential material and information.
