



Global Sales Excellence Manager (Sales Trainer)

The position
Join a dynamic team at the heart of our organization, Global CRM & Sales Excellence. Our department have special focus on delivering high quality trainings and change management to support our affiliates optimize their ways of working to help more patients with allergies. We furthermore set the direction for sales training, digital channels, CRM and content management as the key enablers to deliver impactful results.
We are seeking a Global Sales Trainer to join our Sales Excellence team and lead the development and execution of our global sales training strategy. In this role, you will own the sales model, facilitate impactful training sessions with affiliates worldwide, and bring deep insights from your own pharmaceutical sales experience to elevate our teams' capabilities.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Own and evolve the company’s global sales model, ensuring consistency, relevance, and scalability across markets.
- Facilitate sales training programs for affiliates, including onboarding, upskilling, and continuous development initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic partner to local markets, adapting training materials to meet regional needs while maintaining global standards.
- Leverage your own sales and pharma industry experience to ensure content and delivery reflect real-world application.
- Assess field competencies and support local sales leaders with tailored coaching, tools, and development plans.
- Track training impact and continuously optimize based on feedback, field performance, and business priorities.
This role includes approximately 20–30 travel days per year, supporting global rollouts and close collaboration with local markets.
Your profile
We expect that you have:
- Solid understanding and experience from the Pharmaceutical Industry within Sales (3+ years).
- Passion for sales and sales process optimization and co-create solutions with colleagues from around the World.
- Strong understanding of pharma sales processes, customer engagement models, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working in international position(s).
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Skills and drive to coordinate and facilitate Global sales training sessions related to sales excellence.
- Fluency in English – other languages are a plus.
