Does it excite you to work with enterprise-wide strategic initiatives in a global pharmaceutical company? Are you energised by turning complex insights into clear strategic choices? And do you excel in cross-functional environments where your insights help shape the future direction of the company? If so, you might be our new colleague.

- Applying structured problem-solving and analytical rigor to assess business challenges, explore scenarios, and generate fact-based recommendations.

- Developing executive-ready strategic narratives that clearly articulate rationale, risks, options, and recommendations for senior leaders and the Executive Leadership Team.
- Translating strategy into actions by converting complex insights into simple, operationally relevant recommendations that support decision-making.
- Collaborating closely with key functions spanning from Commercial to R&D to align strategic initiatives with organisational priorities.

- A strong track record of delivering results in a complex, cross-functional corporate environment.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life-science industry is an advantage, though not a requirement.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across diverse teams.
- A mindset that thrives in a high-pace, results-oriented environment, where high-quality deliverables and strategic accuracy are essential.
