Workday HRIS Specialist

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with global HR stakeholders by responding to inquiries and providing support related to the Workday system
- Manage mass data uploads and system updates
- Leverage Workday data to support the HRIS team in producing reports, audits, and analyses
- Audit Workday data to ensure high standards of accuracy and data quality
- Maintain and update Workday-related documentation and user manuals
- Support the preparation and annual rollout of global performance management processes
- Assist in testing new functionalities
- Modify and enhance existing reports in line with evolving business requirements
Requirements
- Experience working with Workday or a comparable HR system
- Prior experience in an international environment, preferably in an HR administrator or HR analyst role
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong technical and analytical skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point
- Interest in project work, including participation in large-scale initiatives as well as ownership of smaller projects
- Ability to work independently, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
