Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

As Senior Manager in Business Projects EU, you will play a central role in driving high‑impact commercial projects from idea to execution. You will work closely with commercial leaders, Finance, R&D, local markets and corporate functions through cross‑functional teams to evaluate business opportunities, develop analytical tools, and strengthen decision‑making across Commercial Operations Europe. By combining structured project leadership with strong business acumen and commercial understanding of the pharma environment, you will ensure strong delivery across the project portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how data, analytics, and business projects support the organization’s strategic and commercial ambition.

YOUR TASKS

• End‑to‑end project leadership: Own scope, timeline, budget, and quality for strategic projects; ensure delivery of agreed outcomes and measurable business impact.

• Stakeholder & change management: Engage and align senior leaders and cross‑functional teams; proactively manage expectations, risks, and decision points.

• Planning, governance & reporting: Establish project plans, RAID logs, and governance routines; report status, risks, and benefits to sponsors and steering committees.

• Analysis & recommendations: Build sound business cases and options analyses; translate complex findings into clear recommendations and executive‑level narratives.

• Communication & presentations: Prepare compelling PowerPoint decks and briefings; synthesize complex topics into concise updates for senior management.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a Master’s degree within business, marketing, finance, pharma, or a relevant scientific field.

• 4+ years in Pharma, consultancy, strategy, or project management roles; European multi‑market experience preferred; commercial pharma experience is a big plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills who thrive in cross functional work environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and presentation skills; advanced user in PowerPoint, Excel and preferably Think-Cell.
  • Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to senior leaders.

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

• The ideal candidate demonstrates high level of curiosity, combined with strong stakeholder management and strong communication skills. Can act as indirect leader managing complex projects.
