Business Project & Analysis Manager (m/f/d)

As Business Project & Analysis Manager in the EU organization, you will take on a leading role in generating insights, building analytical tools, and driving selected business projects from ideas to execution. You will partner closely with commercial leaders, Finance, and cross‑functional teams to evaluate opportunities, strengthen decision‑making, and ensure strong delivery across the project portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how data, analytics, and business projects support the organization’s strategic ambitions.

 

YOUR TASKS

Business analytics and insights generation: Analyze market, CRM, sales, and secondary data sources to identify trends, evaluate commercial opportunities, and derive actionable recommendations that support growth.

Business case development & scenario modelling: Design and build robust business cases and forecasting scenarios in collaboration with Business Projects, Finance, and commercial partners—covering patient volumes, revenue projections, and market growth assumptions.

Dashboard, reporting & performance management: Set the standard for dashboard and scoreboard creation across EU; develop and implement KPI dashboards that enhance transparency, improve performance tracking, and enable data‑driven decisions.

Project leadership & execution: Drive selected strategic projects end‑to‑end, owning scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables; secure strong execution and ensure measurable business impact.

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 2-4 years in Pharma, consultancy, strategy, or project management roles; European multi‑market experience preferred; pharma experience is a big plus but not required
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills who thrive in cross functional work environment
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills; advanced user in PowerPoint, Excel and preferably Think-Cell
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • The ideal candidate demonstrates high level of curiosity, combined with strong stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
