Marketing Automation Manager
Do you have experience with lead scoring, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle strategy development? Are you experienced working in cross-functional or global organizations?
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Marketing Automation Manager to lead and scale our marketing automation capabilities. In this role, you will own the end-to-end automation strategy, driving personalized, data-driven customer engagement across digital channels.
The position
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, CRM, IT, and analytics, to design and optimize customer journeys, ensure best-in-class campaign execution, and continuously improve performance. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic oversight, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Own and drive the marketing automation strategy, aligning it with broader business and customer engagement goals.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of automated campaigns across platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, SFMC, Klaviyo, Customer.io, or similar.
- Develop and manage customer journey orchestration, including lifecycle programs, lead nurturing, and engagement flows.
- Oversee campaign execution, including workflows, email templates, landing pages, and forms, ensuring scalability and best practices.
- Define segmentation strategies and audience management, ensuring highly personalized and targeted communication.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, CRM, data, and IT teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Own performance tracking and reporting, translating data into actionable insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Drive experimentation and optimization, including A/B testing across channels and continuous improvement of journeys.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations across all marketing automation activities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating and implementing new tools, capabilities, and innovations in marketing automation.
- Support technical integrations, including APIs and webhooks, in collaboration with IT and platform teams.
Your profile
We expect that you have:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing roles.
- Proven experience managing marketing automation platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, SFMC, Klaviyo, Customer.io, or similar.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, nurturing leads, and CRM integration.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights and strategic recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
