Job Description:
- Support the National Sales Manager in calculating sales structures, targets, bonus calculation, targeting and all relevant KPIs in sales
- Identifying and analyzing potential for sales activities
- Regular creation of sales reports at regional and national levels
- Support the National Sales Manager in presenting sales strengths, risks and opportunities
Sales management/AD activities:
- Planning, creating and implementing various sales campaigns in CRM in collaboration with other departments
- Regular implementation and processing of various business analyzes such as:
- Potential area analysis
- Region/Territory Sales Analysis
- Benefit analysis
- Call and activity analysis at region and employee level
- Analysis of activities based on objectives and targeting
- Creation of the monthly dashboard for the practice and clinic area based on current clinic figures as well as internal systems such as in-house data, CRM system, etc. (calls/field days/visit frequencies/other activities, etc.)
- Support the National Sales Manager in preparing business reviews
- Discover and analyze existing performance potential and implement it into new sales strategies together with the National Sales Manager
- Regular analyzes of compliance with targeting specifications at regional and employee levels
- Regular creation of deviation analyzes and reporting them to National Sales Manager
- Participate in budget planning
- Regular reporting to National Sales Manager
Obligations according to AMG and EFPIA Code of Conduct:
- Immediate reporting of adverse drug reactions and pharmaceutical-technical complaints to the step-by-step planning officer
- Unconditional compliance with all requirements of the EFPIA Code of Conduct, the ALK Code of Conduct and the Code Compliance Guideline of ALK-Abelló Poland Sp. z O.O.
Professional experience:
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry (sales or marketing), minimum 5 years
- Experience in Pharma AD desirable
- Many years of experience in the area of business analysis and sales management
- University degree level required
- Willingness to travel (all over the country) and valid driver’s license (category B)
- Location and mobility: 60-80% of time is spent travelling across the territory of Poland
- Very good analytical skills & communication skills
- Knowledge of the Polish pharmaceutical market and healthcare
- Very good knowledge of using analysis tools: SAP, SAS BI, CRM systems, etc.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- The ability to present complex representations in a simplified manner
- High level of personal responsibility, integrity and discretion
- Ability to encourage different stakeholders to work together, initiative and flexibility, self-motivation, high resilience, team spirit, creativity, sense of responsibility
- Negotiation confidence and confident demeanor
- Contemporary personal work organization and technology, willingness to undergo further training in various subject areas
