Our headquarter operations team keeps our workplace running smoothly and enjoyably. To further our commitment, we’re searching for a proactive Workplace Experience Specialist with a passion for optimizing spaces and processes.
The Role
As our new Workplace Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the everyday environment at ALK headquarters, including our offices, canteen, reception and travel departments. You will coordinate projects, drive process improvements, and ensure that our facilities truly support the wellbeing and productivity of everyone on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Space Planning & Execution: Organize and manage space utilization, layout changes, and execute minor reconstructions.
- Stakeholder Management: You will be the face of ALK HQSS both internally and externally in the projects.
- Project Coordination: Deliver workplace projects from start to finish, including developing business cases, stakeholder communication, and project management.
- Ensure Compliance and EHS standards: ALK is a medical company with a solid focus on sustainability, which must be thought into all projects.
- Workplace Design & Operations: Oversee interior design, moving plans, and effective workplace setups with a keen eye for detail and employee experience.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve processes; document workflows to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Hands-On Support: Provide practical assistance with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations e.g. in canteen, reception and corporation with suppliers.
What does success look like in the role?
About You
- At least 2 years of relevant experience (e.g., facilities management or workplace projects).
- Strong stakeholder management skills including ability to communicate in the best way with the different functions in and outside the organization.
- Structured and analytical, with a hands-on approach.
- Strong organizational, planning and executing skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for optimizing environments.
- Problem-solving skills, willingness and winning personality.
- Experience in space planning, interior design, or project coordination is a plus.
- Experience in regulatory environment is a plus.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
