Responsibilities and tasks
Brand strategy and planning
- Own annual brand plans for the portfolio of products, including segmentation, positioning, value propositions, and omnichannel tactics.
- Translate clinical evidence and real‑world insights into compelling, compliant messaging for allergists, emergency care, pediatrics, primary care, pharmacists, and patient communities.
- Define and prioritize indications, patient journeys, and HCP decision points to remove barriers to appropriate use and adherence.
Launch excellence and life‑cycle management
- Lead go‑to‑market and launch readiness for the products and new formulations/indications in assigned markets; coordinate cross‑functional launch milestones (regulatory, supply, medical, field).
Commercial execution and omnichannel
- Build and execute integrated campaigns (field tools, medical education, congresses, digital, e‑learning, social—where compliant).
- Lead content development and approval in Veeva PromoMats in line with EFPIA/local codes.
- Partner with Sales and Medical to deliver HCP training on recognition and treatment of anaphylaxis, device technique, and VIT patient selection/safety.
Customer insights and analytics
- Commission market research, KOL/advisory boards, brand tracking, and patient insight studies.
- Own demand forecasts and performance dashboards (brand health, share, adoption curves, omnichannel metrics)
Supply continuity and quality
- Partner with Supply Chain and QA to align S&OP to forecasts, manage inventory, expiry, and shortage mitigation plans for life‑saving products.
- Prepare and execute field/comms plans for safety updates or recalls in line with PV and Regulatory.
Stakeholder and partnership management
- Engage KOLs, professional societies within compliance rules.
- Manage agencies and vendors (creative, digital, research) to deliver on time and on budget.
Compliance and governance
- Ensure all activities adhere to applicable laws, EFPIA, data privacy, pharmacovigilance requirements, and internal SOPs.
Key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Net sales and market share growth in epinephrine category and VIT segments.
- Launch readiness/on‑time delivery of milestones; time‑to‑peak adoption for new launches.
- HCP reach and engagement (calls, e‑details, webinar attendance, content engagement rates).
- Training outcomes (HCP/device technique competencies; field certification completion).
- Forecast accuracy and service levels; inventory health and shortage prevention.
Experience and qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or business; advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PharmD) advantageous.
- 4–7 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device marketing, including: Rx and/or combination product/device experience; emergency medicine, allergy/immunology, respiratory, pediatrics, or critical care preferred.
- Proven launch experience and in market brand ownership.
- Experience with anaphylaxis and/or venom immunotherapy is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across matrix organizations and multiple countries.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to travel ~20–30% across Poland & Europe.
