We are seeking a results-driven Finance Business Partner. In this role, you will provide valuable financial insights and guidance to TA leaders, support strategic planning, and help shape the financial future of our team. You will be responsible for overseeing financial performance, driving revenue planning, cost control, and accurate reporting. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to TA leaders and financial guardian of TA performance.
  • Participate actively in the TA strategy team, translating strategy into actionable financial plan.
  • Drive TA revenue and financial performance.
  • Lead long-term revenue planning and financial forecasting.
  • Manage cost controling, budgeting, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Develop financial planning and conduct scenario analysis.
  • Business cases management.
  • KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain close alignment with Group FP&A.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with ComEx and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives. 

 

Experience and qualifications

  • Master’s degree within Finance (or similar).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional background from an international company within the healthcare industry; pharma is a significant plus.
  • Enterprise mindset; optimize for total company value.
  • Excellent analytical skills; able to translate data into insights.
  • Strong communication skills; able to translate complexity into simplicity.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, performing effectively with various levels and functions.
  • Ability to connect financial to strategy.
  • Strong executioner; get things done.
