Graphical Artwork Specialist/DtP – Regulatory Clinical, Non-Clinical & Operations (temporary position)

The position
As a Graphical Artwork Specialist in Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA), your main task will be to prepare new and to update on existing artwork for all authorized products in ALK. You will be part of a small team and work alongside our 2 Graphical Artwork Specialists. The position is a temporary position for 6 months. 

In this role your task will be to:

• Prepare new and update existing printed packaging material and educational materials e.g. package leaflets, cartons and labels.
• Examine artwork on a technical level and working across multiple artwork requests simultaneously and meticulously.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs Professionals in GRA for regulatory submissions for new Marketing Authorisation Applications as well as life cycle management activities for ALK products in different regions, e.g. Europe, MENA countries and South East Asia.
• Collaborate with stakeholders both in and outside GRA, e.g. the packaging site placed in Madrid, Spain.
• Writing and maintaining work instructions within own area.

Your qualifications
You have a graphical education combined with experience from a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry. You possess a great eye for details and understanding of the artwork process. 

Moreover, we expect:

• Experience working in the artwork programs Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.
• Experience with GMP from the pharmaceutical industry.
• A structured approach in your daily work and attention to details and regulatory requirements.
• You are self-driven and take responsibility for having the job done.
• You are result-oriented and able to keep the perspective in times of increased activity.
• You are service-minded and a profound team-player.
• You have good communication skills, both written and orally, Danish and English.
• Openness towards other departments and external stakeholders as well as a great sense of humour.
