Work schedule: Fixed afternoon shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm)
Reports to: Microbiology Manager

What will you do in your day-to-day?
- Plan and supervise daily routine activities.
- Provide technical support to analysts.
- Review and approve microbiological data and results to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage laboratory investigations, deviations, CAPAs and changes.
- Participate in equipment calibration and qualification processes.
- Use and manage LIMS (Sample Manager and Labware) and SAP.
- Manage documentation (create, review, archive, etc.).
What we need from you:
- Passion for microbiology and quality!
- Bachelor’s degree in sciences (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, etc.) or FP II / Senior Technician in Laboratory Analysis and Quality Control or similar.
- At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical laboratory quality control (especially in microbiology or GxP areas)
- Good knowledge of GMP regulations, standards and data integrity.
- Experience with environmental and personnel microbiological monitoring in classified rooms.
- Expertise in microbiological testing: sterility, endotoxins, microbial counts, etc.
- Experience with validation of microbiological methods.
- Knowledge of testing utilities: water, steam and compressed gases.
- Proficiency in microbiological data trend analysis.
- Fluency in English, including effective written and oral communication.
