Corporate Brand Lead

Do you want to lead the corporate branding of an ambitious, global pharmaceutical company? Are you an accomplished project leader, experienced in leading the implementation of a new brand identity within the pharmaceutical sector? If so, you could be our new Corporate Brand Lead at ALK.

We have developed our new brand strategy and design and are ready for the next phase: developing brand assets and executing a detailed launch and implementation plan. We are looking for a Corporate Brand Lead with a strategic mindset who can steer this process and oversee the long-term brand management.

 

You have strong stakeholder management skills and understand the importance of close collaboration throughout the organisation. We expect you to understand and have experience with pharmaceutical compliance which will play an important role in our brand communication efforts.

The position
You will join a small team working across corporate communications, public relations and corporate branding. We are driven by professionalism, open-mindedness and a can-du attitude.

Your main areas of responsibility:

  • Leading the development, rollout and implementation of the new corporate brand
  • Updating the Corporate Visual Identity (CVI) in accordance with the new brand strategy and design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual elements, including logos, colour schemes, typography, imagery and other assets
  • Managing brand positioning, messaging and consistency across all channels to align with the company's values and objectives  
  • Establishing and maintaining clear brand guidelines to support a cohesive and recognisable visual identity across platforms and throughout the company
  • Advising internal stakeholders at all levels on corporate branding
  • Monitoring and analysing the brand’s performance and perception
  • Overseeing video and photo shoots and maintaining the video and photo asset library

The role requires strategic leadership and hands-on delivery. You will work closely with our agency and executive and operational stakeholders in the organisation and report to the Senior Director of Corporate Communications & Branding. You will be based in Hørsholm, Denmark.

 

Your background

You are an experienced brand leader, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry, and have successfully delivered rebranding projects in international corporate settings. You excel at elevating corporate brands, integrating them strategically with corporate purpose and product brands in a brand house structure.

We expect you to bring:

  • A relevant master's degree in communication and branding
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate branding, preferably internationally
  • Proven experience in leading rebranding projects, delivering on time and within budget
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing brand strategies and assets, with a strong focus on and understanding of digital platforms
  • Demonstrable skills in measuring brand performance using various tools and analysis
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • A good understanding of marketing in a pharma context
  • A proactive and structured approach, ensuring timely delivery of projects
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • A Danish work permit is a prerequisite
