Therefore, we are searching for a skilled SAP Process Supporter who is interested in driving implementation of changes and development of SAP within the operational area and QA at site Hørsholm.
You will join a small team of SAP Process Supporters who supports both daily business processes and participate in cross functional projects to optimize and expand our business. We have a central role in the company with a high degree of collaboration with stakeholders across ALK. This is a 2-years temporary position.

Responsibilities of the SAP team
Joining this team, you will be the fifth member of the SAP team, that together has the responsibility of the validated state of the SAP business processes for the operational areas (e.g., Planning, Production, QC, Logistics) and QA at site Hørsholm.
In this job it is important that you will be able to work with various stakeholders as it is expected that you will coordinate, prioritize and align tasks across the organization in relation to SAP.
A day in the SAP team is never alike and can be but is not excluded to:
You will act as the interface between IT and Operation and must be able to explain complex situations in simple terms to make the two worlds understand each other.
As responsible for defining the SAP setup and link to the processes in Operation, it is important that we can foresee and avoid complexities and obstacles in the link between the operational and SAP processes before they are implemented.
We work in a cGMP environment and according to the requirements of Computerized System Validation. Thus, all changes to SAP are documented through change control processes, and various documents describing the procedures, requirements, test and validation plans, protocols, reports, etc.
We are responsible for the general SAP training programs and for training of SAP superusers in the operational areas and QA.
The team participates in defining and planning of department strategies in relation to SAP on a tactical level for new and updated strategy plans.
We also prepare input for the ALK's overall IT strategy in relation to improving and expanding the use of SAP.

You like to take responsibility, work structured and with respect to deadlines. At the same time, you should be flexible and motivated working in a busy environment where priorities and deadlines can change with short notice.
