Senior Finance Business Partner for Global Marketing, Partner Markets & China

Do you have a high drive and want experience with working in a global finance function? Do you want to be financial responsible for Global Marketing, Region Partner Markets & China?

The position

You will join the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team and work closely together with Finance Business Partners in both headquarters and our affiliates. You will be part of the team and play a key role in supporting top management with financial analysis and market insights.

As a Senior Finance Business Partner for Global Marketing, Region Partner Markets & China, you will be responsible for a range of daily finance tasks, monthly reporting, and coordination of forecasts. Also, you will be involved in international projects, financial audits, and negotiations of new contracts with partners.

The challenges are many and you will play a key role in optimising and developing the financial processes, investigate financial risk analysis in volatile markets, in addition to be supporting planning and reporting in a global function.

Furthermore, your primary tasks will be:

• Finance business partnering/support to SVP of Global Marketing, Partner Markets & China
• Challenge the value and cost drivers to drive growth and profitability
• Plan, drive and consolidate budget, outlook and forecast processes
• Monitor financial performance (incl. outcome in partnerships)
• Drive and support the optimisation of financial processes and the implementation of systems in new markets  
• Provide ad hoc analysis and insight on specific issues

Your profile

To be a success in this role, we expect you to bring solid experience within Finance and at least 3 years in a role as Business Controller or Finance Business Partner.

Moreover, you bring:

• Master’s degree in Finance or Business administration
• Structured and analytical working style and attention to details and accuracy
• Proactivity and curiosity towards the business
• Result driven, ambitious and takes responsibility
• Flexible and well organised manor with ability to work with strong focus and overview
• Team player mindset with good communication skills and fluency in English
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP will be an advantage
