HR International Operations Support

At 2014 ALK has formed European Accounting Centre located in Kraków. Now as ALK GBSC, with 64 FTE Polish unit is running 8 business lines across company global operations like IT, Accounting, Sales & Marketing, HR, Compliance, Commercial Excellence and Controlling.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support Danish HR Operations team with daily, yearly operations tasks
  • Workday support and training to managers and employees
  • Support HR Admin work in delivery of reports from Workday
  • Support various HR tasks within legal and compensation area
  • Update intranet, employee handbook; HR Process Support Specialist will be also technically responsible for internal communications and engagement tool (keeping contact lists up to date, run and support surveys, upload content)
  • Run and support yearly HR-processes such as performance and engagement surveys; The role requires preparing reports and analysing of data collected from surveys
  • Work in collaboration with process-owners to ensure our yearly processes are run efficiently and effective.

 

Requirements

  • Technical skills- including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; Flair for visual design, communication and UX is an advantage
  • Interest and ability to learn quickly and understand modern IT systems
  • Project coordination and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of HR processes
  • English language, both verbal and written at least at C1 level
  • 1 year of experience from another global/international company
  • Master’s Degree in Business, Information Systems/Digital, HR, Communications or related area
  • High focus on detail correctness
  • Service and customer focused
  • Proactive and accountable
