Product Manager – Allergen Immunotherapy (AIT)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Manager – Allergen Immunotherapy (AIT) to join ALK on a permanent contract. Based in our French subsidiary in La Défense (France), this strategic role aims to increase the use of ALK’s range in AIT (drops and tablets). You will play a central part in shaping and executing marketing strategies, launching new indications, and supporting internal teams to drive product adoption and visibility across the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic marketing plan for AIT drops and tablets:
  • Conduct market definition and analysis
  • Identify key tactics to support product growth
  • Liaise with international teams for alignment and reporting
• Build and implement the annual operational plan:
  • Analyze prescriber needs and propose tailored marketing initiatives (campaigns, congresses, studies, etc.)
  • Prepare the market for upcoming product indications
• Lead promotional and environmental campaigns in collaboration with sales, medical, and regulatory teams:
  • Manage project groups, provider selection, medico-regulatory validation, and budgets
• Organize and manage medical education events for healthcare professionals
  • Design programs and brief speakers
• Train and support the medical sales force:
  • Lead plenary sessions, workshops, and presentations during seminars and meetings
  • Ensure strong internal communication on product strategies

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Scientific degree (Master’s level or PharmD) with a specialization in marketing
• 3–5 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical marketing
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with sales, medical, and regulatory teams
• Fluent in English
• Position based in La Défense (92)
