HRIS Specialist

Global HRIS Team's overall goal is to support and develop Workday to meet the needs of ALK employees. HRIS Specialist position will be placed in the HRIS team located ALK GBSC office in Cracow, however in daily work will be cooperating a lot with the Danish HR & Internal Communication and Sustainability colleagues. 

Your role as HRIS Specialist

  • Technical support for basic Workday operations
  • Administrational support for Danish HR & Internal Communication colleagues in their daily operations and global/local projects
  • Support with Learning & Development projects including administration, reporting and data analysis
  • Close collaboration with HR Business Partner in Cracow, especially in recruitment field
  • Collaboration with HRIS Analysts in Workday projects and processes

 Your experience and qualifications:

  • Fluent English both verbal and written
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR operations delivered in multinational environment
  • Interest in learnining modern HR/IT systems (previous experience with Workday would be a great advantage)
  • Good analytical skills and knowledge of Excel are highly desirable 
  • Understanding of HR processes, especially recruitment and recruitment administration would be an asset
  • Strong customer orientation and can-do attitude
  • Great interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently, effectively and professionally across different geographies
  • Very structured approach to working
  • A collaborative mindset who enjoys working with several stakeholders at all levels in the organisation
  • A desire to work in a team where we have a real impact on the shape of the HR organization, and a willingness to implement your own ideas
  • Proactive, self-starter and persistent
  • Desire to grow professionally
