Position Overview
ALK is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Financial Controller to join our Corporate Finance team, which operates across Poland and Denmark. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in financial controlling or general ledger roles within an international company. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the company’s broader financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
As Corporate Financial Controller, you will:
Participate in monthly close activities, including global financial consolidation
Prepare documentation, notes, and audit materials for the ALK Group Annual Report
Develop and enhance internal controls to maintain data integrity and compliance
Support internal audits across ALK entities worldwide
Collaborate with global finance teams, including the European Accounting Center in Poland
Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects within Corporate Finance
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in a finance department, ideally in an international company
Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools
Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Detail-focused with a structured, proactive approach
