Global Anaphylaxis Launch Excellence Manager

Job Purpose

Lead the global coordination and execution of product and indication launches within the Global Anaphylaxis Unit. This role ensures strategic launch readiness by driving cross-functional alignment, embedding best practices, and partnering closely with local market leads and global stakeholders. The position is critical to delivering successful market entries that support ALK’s ambition to lead in anaphylaxis treatment solutions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end launch planning for assigned products or indications in collaboration with key stakeholders across global and local teams.
• Develop and maintain launch roadmaps, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation plans, ensuring alignment with enterprise processes and timelines.
• Act as a central point of integration across global functions including Product Supply, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and local market leads.
• Lead cross-functional launch readiness reviews (LRRs) to ensure alignment and preparedness at both global and local levels.
• Facilitate continuous knowledge sharing and post-launch learning to optimize future launches.
• Develop and implement adaptable launch toolkits, templates, and frameworks in partnership with Centers of Excellence and functional experts.
• Monitor key launch KPIs in partnership with Insights & Analytics and local teams; adjust plans based on performance insights and scenario analysis.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by embedding learnings into future launch processes.

Geographical Scope of the Role

• Territory: Global role with responsibility for supporting local market execution worldwide.
• Key stakeholders: Global cross-functional teams (Product Supply, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Medical Affairs, etc.), local market leads, Centers of Excellence, and external vendors.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field (MBA, MPH preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in global pharmaceutical or biotech industry roles, ideally in launch excellence, brand management, or project leadership.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional product launches and collaborating across a matrix organization.
