Brand Manager

About the Role
Do you know that around 30% of the BeLux population suffers from allergic rhinitis? ALK is the global leader in research, development, and marketing of innovative allergic immunotherapy (AIT). We are looking for a driven and experienced Digital Brand Manager to join our BeLux team and lead the digital transformation of our portfolio of allergy solutions, connecting healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients through impactful campaigns.

In this role, you will plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies and digital activities supporting ALK’s product portfolio. You will work in close collaboration with the Benelux marketing and medical teams, the global digital team, and sales representatives to optimize our brand visibility and engagement. You will play a central role in the launch of a new life-saving product and drive growth across our tablet and VIT product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns supporting the ALK portfolio
• Use market insights to enhance brand presence, prescriber engagement, and patient awareness
• Lead digital marketing initiatives across channels such as webinars, newsletters, VAEs, social media, and more
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Benelux Brand Managers, the Medical Manager, and the Global Digital Marketing Team
• Drive and implement the "Unlock New Prescribers" project in the BeLux region
• Lead the digital launch of a new life-saving therapy
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on analytics
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical standards
• Work closely with the sales team to share campaign insights and foster synergy

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Brand Manager or Brand Manager with strong digital expertise, ideally within pharma or healthcare
• Proven track record in developing and executing digital campaigns
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
• Basic understanding of life sciences is an advantage
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
• Valid driver’s license
• Well-organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team
