About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen ALK’s digital presence and help drive our omnichannel marketing strategy, with a strong focus on engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs). In this role, you will manage and optimize ALK’s digital channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Working closely with local and international teams, you will co-create, implement, and continuously improve digital campaigns. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing HCP engagement, expanding prescriber networks, and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and implement digital elements of ALK’s strategies in collaboration with cross-functional (international) teams.
  • Translate omnichannel strategies into tactics across CRM, websites, email, and social media to engage HCPs effectively.
  • Tailor digital messaging to HCPs at different stages of their journey, from awareness to expertise.
  • Drive lead generation and lead nurturing to expand ALK’s HCP network and prescriber base.
  • Track KPIs and campaign impact, turning data into actionable insights for marketing, medical, and sales teams.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for digital data management and storage.
  • Operate in compliance with pharmacovigilance and promotional regulations (ABPI).

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with Veeva Promomats and Veeva CRM (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels, tools, and emerging technologies (including AI).
  • Structured, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Flexible, pragmatic, and hands-on attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, able to simplify digital concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Team player with an independent, responsible work style.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical promotion regulations.
