  • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and are optimised for diverse European audiences.

  • Maintain and enhance the design system to ensure consistency across digital platforms.

  • Stay informed about the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

  • Knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design.

  • Familiarity with Agile or iterative workflows.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design ideas clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on projects in the healthcare industry or related sectors.

  • Understanding of European privacy and data regulations (e.g., GDPR) and their impact on design.
