About the Role
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help shape the user experience for our websites and mobile applications. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-friendly designs that resonate with diverse audiences. While experience in the healthcare industry is desirable, it is not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Design user-centered experiences for websites and mobile apps, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and meet user needs.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with project goals and technical constraints.
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and are optimised for diverse European audiences.
Maintain and enhance the design system to ensure consistency across digital platforms.
Stay informed about the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications
2-3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on web and app design.
A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-friendly, responsive, and accessible designs.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design.
Familiarity with Agile or iterative workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design ideas clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on projects in the healthcare industry or related sectors.
Understanding of European privacy and data regulations (e.g., GDPR) and their impact on design.
