Senior Tracking & Analytics Specialist
With 100 years of history, ALK is on an ambitious journey to become the preferred allergy company globally. Since 2018, we have been investing heavily in digital consumer-facing activities, and in 2022, we began focusing on expanding prescribers (doctors) base digitally.
Our newly established Digital Customer Engagement & Digital Excellence department takes a holistic approach to consumer and doctor interactions, ensuring the right patient meets the right doctor at the right time. Through digital engagement tools, apps, webinars, and innovative partnerships, such as AI chatbots on allergy clinic websites, we aim to provide simple yet effective solutions for people living with allergies and the doctors who treat them.
The team operates globally in markets such as Germany, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Slovakia, and Canada, with more to come. To support this journey, we’re looking for a new Tracking & Analytics Senior Specialist to join our Digital Customer Engagement team.
The position:
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in transforming our digital customer engagement? As the Senior Tracking & Analytics Specialist, you will be crucial in our efforts to personalize experiences, leveraging 1st party data in the era of the 3rd party cookie deprecation.
This role is based in Krakow, Poland, within our dynamic Digital Customer Engagement team of 25+ dedicated professionals working globally in a hybrid organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the foundation for business tracking and reporting, supporting multiple business units across the company. Your unique blend of technical acumen and business insight will be essential in translating commercial KPIs into actionable tracking specifications. These will be implemented across our digital ecosystem, including web, app, CRM, and paid channels.
Your expertise will be vital in ensuring our multi-channel B2B and B2C campaigns are meticulously tracked, evaluated, and reported. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and agency partners to visualize data, providing the insights needed to drive our personalization strategy forward.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience working extensively with Google Analytics, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, data layer and custom event tracking
- Experience with 3rd party marketing analytic tools such as Facebook pixels, conversion APIs, App marketing SDK etc.
- Experience working with data visualization tools and reporting tools such as, Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau
- Experience in user journey analysis.
- Some experience with supporting analytics tech, such as data warehouses/lakes, BigQuery, SuperMetrics, Braze, etc.
- Practical knowledge of HTML and common Web publishing technologies
- Comfortable working with data, analysis and reporting
- Team player and proactive nature

- Ambitious and curious on all areas of our technical operations and product development
Responsibilities:
- Strategize around best-in-class analytics and insights setups as well as prepare for scaling of data/reporting capabilities
- Implementation of Tag Management setups (mainly Google Tag Manager)
- Specify data layer requirements to our developers, support them in the implementation and validate the implementation
- Build out reports and visualizations/dashboards to support business needs
- Collaborate with the technical stakeholders in the organization to ensure high quality tracking implementation that supports the commercial KPIs
- Deliver clear and actionable recommendations to improve and optimize tracking setups
- Establish and systematically perform processes to assess and validate data accuracy.
- Provide training to the marketing team on the best practices of using GA4 reports
