We are looking for a driven Customer Service Employee to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in Belgium and the Netherlands, including pharmacies, hospitals, and doctors. You will ensure smooth order processing, expertly answer customer inquiries, and help optimize internal processes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing & Administration:

   • Enter orders via SAP and ensure timely and accurate processing.

2. Customer Contact:

   • Provide excellent customer service to French-speaking customers in Belgium, assisting with inquiries about orders and invoices.

3. Reports & Analysis:

   • Collect and analyze data related to stock and sales, generating insightful reports.

4. Process Optimization:

   • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the department and support the optimization of the Supply Chain.

5. Internal Collaboration:

   • Facilitate the sharing of relevant information with colleagues and the field service team.

Your Talents & Skills:

1. Education & Experience:

   • MBO+ working and thinking level.
   • Preferably experience with SAP and a strong interest in the pharmaceutical sector.

2. Technical Proficiency:

   • Analytical mindset with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

3. Language Skills:

   • Fluency in Dutch and basic proficiency in French and English.

4. Interpersonal Skills:

   • Customer-focused, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills.
