The position

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Content Coordinator to join our Global Content Excellence team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating content production processes across multiple markets, ensuring alignment on content briefs, facilitating localization efforts, and maintaining high-quality standards within deadlines. You will collaborate closely with our internal creative team, marketing team, external agencies, and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of global content strategies within a highly regulated industry starting with an exciting new product launch.

 

Responsibilities and tasks

· Plan and facilitate content production processes from ideation to final delivery of localized assets, ensuring smooth execution across global and local teams.

· Align with cross-functional stakeholders in Headquarter and across markets on content briefs, objectives, and expectations to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity.

· Act as the central point of communication between creative teams, marketing specialists, and regional markets to facilitate content adaptation and translation processes.

· Monitor content development timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards, budgets and deadlines.

· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in content operations and localization workflows.

· Ensure all content complies with regulatory requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry and adheres to industry best practices.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in content coordination, localization, marketing operations, or a related role, ideally within a highly regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or finance.

· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

· Experience with content localization and familiarity with translation processes.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams.

· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).

· High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

 

Preferred qualifications

· Experience working in a global organization or supporting international markets.

· Familiarity with SEO and other digital content best practices.

· Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage.

· Team player with strong collaboration skills.

· Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The position is located at the ALK Cracow office, and it is necessary to live in an area where it is possible to commute at least 2 days/week to the office. Expect 10-20 travel days a year.
