
Global Business Analyst
The position

As a Global Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in leading and enhancing our patient model forecasting process, ensuring accurate, data-driven insights that support key business decisions. You will be responsible for running forecasting models, refining methodologies, and providing business insights to drive the growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and expertise in forecasting within the pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that shape the company’s future.
Main responsibilities
As a Global Marketing Team member, you will be working closely with our headquarters organization, especially with Global Finance, IT teams, as well as local affiliates. More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Patient Model Forecasting: Run, maintain, and enhance forecasting model, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance forecasting efficiency and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with affiliates and cross-functional teams (Commercial, Finance, IT) during the Annual and Strategic Business Planning process to ensure alignment and data-driven decision-making.
- Data Integration & Reporting: Develop dashboards and presentations to communicate key insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in forecasting, commercial excellence, or business analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, QlikSense, and Python or R for data analysis is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across affiliates and global teams.
