Your role as Sr. Manager, IT Support Europe
Working in close collaboration with peer leaders from Infrastructure, Operations and AI & Automation you will manage a team of 11 Global IT Supporters located in different sites in Europe, ensuring that your team lives up to their full potential and delivers a world-class service to the end users.

You will be setting the day to day direction for the IT Supporters and with a special eye on development ensure that your team grows professionally. You will also report on effectiveness and satisfaction on an ongoing basis to the management team and engage in new initiatives that can benefit the service level.

Most importantly, you need to have great people skills and really feel at home in managing stakeholders on every level of the organisation. We are at the same time looking for a person with previous experience managing a team and if you have knowledge of ITIL processes and/or ServiceNow workflows with reporting it will be an advantage. Additionally, if you have professional experience within IT technology areas such as active directory, Entra ID, printer management, Teams meeting rooms, backup/restore and troubleshooting on MS Windows level, it is also an advantage.

This is an international role where you can expect a moderate amount of travel days in the area of 20-35 travel days per year. It is therefore important that you are flexible and able to travel internationally, also on rare occasions on short notice.

You will also be involved in IT infrastructure related projects including client upgrade activities, life-cycle evergreen and manage IT Supporters as local resources and hands on for various strategic IT projects in close collaboration with the IT infrastructure, application and security teams.

Fields of responsibility

  • Ensuring world-class end user IT Support
  • Acting as primary escalation point for issues concerning IT Support
  • Identifying and implementing best practices for optimizing IT Support
  • Reporting on performance according to KPI’s
  • Ensure PC replacements according to budget and plan
  • Participating in IT Support related projects
  • Taking part in the ISOS management team

Your qualifications
We’re seeking a proactive leader with a blend of technical expertise and outstanding interpersonal skills. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • An education in computer science, engineering, or similar experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a team of IT employees
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead with empathy and clarity
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and/or ServiceNow workflows (advantageous)
  • Experience with IT operation & infrastructure activities on MS Windows level (a plus)
  • Experience with GxP and qualification of computerized systems is an advantage
  • Fluency in Danish & English is a requirement – additional languages are a bonus
